Rememberin' The Deceased...

That's why I love hip hop. An emcee can pass away and they'll still be present on songs for years to come. Their songs will be remixed and reimagined. Over the last week I've seen Diddy's tribute to the Notorious BIG that he did at a previous VMAs with a full choir, Faith Evans and Sting. Man, that was one amazing performance that gives me chills when I see it. Tonight's performance where Diddy conducted an orchestra remixing Biggie's Juicy and some other songs wasn't as emotional but damn good especially with Snoop making an appearance, spitting back and forth with Biggie. Anyways, that's just why I love hip hop.

Kanye West's performance was also pretty sick. Jamie Foxx might be one of the best hype men.
