Sometimes my parents are so crazy

Last night, still ridiculously tired from the weekend, I went to sleep early. By went, I mean I passed out without even trying. But I awoke eventually to my cell phone ringing…and ringing…and ringing. I was just too tired and out of it to answer, but when I got up this morning, I noticed that my parents had called 6 times in 10 minute intervals, but they didn’t leave a message. I was confused. The persistent calling suggests urgency, but the lack of message doesn’t. I e-mailed my parents when I got to work wondering what they wanted and why they didn’t leave a message. They responded that it wasn’t urgent which is why they didn’t leave a message. Okay…but calling every 10 minutes is…what? So confused…
