Wow...
It's been a really long time since I've posted something of substance here. Why? I think it was because of sheer laziness. However, I think I lot of stuff has happened since Winter Break that is worth talking about and sharing. (Beware, this will probably be very scatterbrained.)
So, my last semester of college has started. Just finished week one and it was a struggle. It wasn't so much the work (though I'm already behind), but moreso in just trying to find classes that I wanted to take and then convincing the professors to actually let me enroll in the class. I thought that senior spring would be the east semester...at least that I wouldn't get dropped from any classes, but how wrong I was. I think I got dropped from 4 classes this semester. I was actually worried that I wouldn't find a fourth class and thus would not graduate. It's kind of sad that the fear of not graduation has been a lingering theme this year and a constant joke with my friends. But let me alay everyone's fears by saying that I finally found 4 classes. Also, I passed Winter Study (though I'm not really sure how.)
My schedule this semester is:
Corporate Finance
Music Technology Tutorial
Imagining Urban America
Feminist Art Practices
I must say, probably one of the most diverse set of classes that I've taken in a long time. I'm pretty excited even though this is going to be a really tough schedule. Not the easy Senior spring that I had imagined. But whatever, it's my last go around so I might as well give it my all. Actually, I've set the goal of actually making the Dean's List this semester. I think it'd actually be my first time ever to do so. Either way, this semester will definetly be better without having Chinese.
Ummm...shit, its late and I have to go to work in 5 hours so I'll edit this post later. Things to expect: Recap of Winter Study, Update of Job Search, Update on Love Life, and other interesting things
