So this is day 2 of Spring Break and it has been so much fun. Yesterday was a little stressful in that I had to move all my stuff to Prospect for the next two weeks. Its not an easy feat, since Prospect and Mission are on opposites sides of campus and I lugged a lot of my stuff by foot. But anyways, I got to eat lunch with Amber and Chloe before they left for Vermont and then I logged another 4.5 hours at my construction job. Yes, I'm now a construction worker. Its just another job to add to my illustrious work career. But yeah, the job is fun and kind of relaxing, though a little creepy cause I'm laying concrete in this small, dank-ass basement that is reminiscent of Silence of the Lambs, but my employer is cool and I know his wife because she teaches at Williams. Anyways, the rest of last night was pretty chill, made some yummy pasta with vodka sauce and then chilled, watching the Simpsons and what not.

Today was a new day in that I went to church. First time ever since being at Williams. I mean, I was pretty consistent when I was in California, mostly cause I really loved that church. I miss Newsong. Wish it was my home church. Anyways, I went to a Baptist church today with Sulgi and Keiko. For some reason I was expecting an energetic, gospelly church, but what was I thinking? It was pretty small and the congregation was mostly elderly people, but it was quaint. Nto sure if I'd go back again. I might try going to church in Albany with Sulgi. I gotta admit, Sulgi is a good influence on me. I relaly like hanging out with her. I'm glad she is here over break too, otherwise I might go crazy. So yeah, I had a whole list of thing to do today and nothing got accomplished cause after church, I went back to Keiko's house with Sulgi. Sulgi's staying there over break. We had tea and chatted a long time about AASiA and KOW and reforming them and next year and the possibility of who might be AASiA co-chair. Should I run again? Not sure if I want to...but maybe? Really something I need to think about. Anyways, Keiko eventually came back and we cooked lunch and ate and chatted. Haven't had such a relaxed meal in so long. Then we went to Stop and Shop. I just went yesterday and spent $50. Went today and spent another $50. Damn I love grocery shopping. So after splurging on food, I went back to Prospect and chilled for a bit, met Sulgi's friend Phillip and his friend from Germany, Leo, and we went back to Sulgi's for dinner. We all made some wonderful sushi and gorged for like two hours. It was so good, the food, and being to eat without regard to time. Then we watched a bit of the Oscars, pretty boring stuff except for some anti-war sentiment, and then watched Notting Hill, which was a sappy romantic film so of course I liked it. Tomorrow will be fun. Probably another dinner party, but also, I should start my job at Admissions...hopefully...

Lastly, the war is getting scary. Read the news. And let me just say, I hate Bush for the war, not so much on the principles of the war, but the side effects, i.e. the dip in travel, especially air travel which is killing the airline industry. If this war fucks with my dad's job...don't ven try to imagine...
