In NYC

So this is my first full day in New York and its been jam-packed with some "information interviews" with alums and friends. Its been a great experience so far. I'll admit that after last week, I was a little bummed and feeling very pessimistic about the whole job search, but everyone I've talked to today has been very encouraging and helpful. It's weird. I've kind of felt for the longest time that I wanted to do investment banking, but now, I've really become more open to the ideas of doing consulting, sales and trading, or taking a chance and doing something totally radical like design. All I can say is that I'm relaly enjoying my time so far and looking forward to the next couple days, though its going to be crazy trying to be in NYC, flying back home for half a day and then back to NYC and then going to school to do the whole JA training stuff. Anyways, wish me luck and if anybody is in NYC right now and wants to hang out, give my cell a ring.
