Labor Day Debauchery

The whole weekend is kind of blur. Much drinking was done, as expected, and I think I blacked out a little bit, at least on Friday night. Kee Won definitely relayed some of the events to me the following day which I completely "forgot."
On Saturday, the original plan was to go to the US Open but the rain quickly killed that idea. Then we came up with the bright idea of going to see an old high school friend perform in an off-Broadway musical. Kee Won bought the tickets in advance so you'd think we'd have no excuse not to go. Instead, we drank and watched college football. By the time dinner rolled around, it was still raining, but we met up with Korey and Margo on the Lower East Side for dinner. The rest of the night was kind of a wash because of the weather and because some of our company was in a foul mood.
Sunday was much better as the rain had stopped so we headed to Yankee Stadium with Margo and Korey to see our beloved Twins play the Yankees. Unfortunately, it just wasn't the Twins day. They got thoroughly punished by the Yankees, though we tried our best to cheer them on, much to the distaste of all the Yankees' fans sitting next to us.

After watching the Twins get beat, we headed back to my place. The original plan was to head to Central Park, but for some reason, that never materialized. We ended up drinking more beers and playing some good old N64. Margo completely dominated everyone on Mario Kart. This went on for hours until we finally pulled ourselves off the couch and headed to Brooklyn. We made a quick stop at Korey's place so Kee Won and Arnaub could see it and then it was off to a neighborhood bar to see one of Korey's roommates DJ.
