Open mic...is there anything better?

I read some of my poetry tonight and I think it went pretty well. A lot of my friends showed up to support which I am always thankful for. This is my second real time reading in public. I had to do it once last year for class. It was required so I don't count it. The only time I read was at the Asian-American showcase this summer at the National Poetry Slam.

Tonight was so much fun. Reading was a thrill, but hearing all those other people read and sing, shit, I was really jealous. So much talent and sadly so few people come to see it. So if you are at Williams, get you ass to the Open Mic. I'll continue to barrage people with e-mail notices anyways. And if you don't go to Williams, I can't stress how important it is to go out and hear and see up and coming artists and just some experimental expression.

On another note, I'm gonna be up all night cause I was stupid and didn't start my problem sets until now.
